Who we are

Saved X Grace Construction LLC is a Missoula-based construction company doing framing, siding, decks and remodeling. Small on purpose: the owner is on the jobsite, answers the phone, and writes the estimates. When you hire us you are not being handed off to a project manager who has never seen your house.

How we work

Every project starts with a walkthrough and ends with a punch-list walkthrough. In between you get an itemized written estimate, a permit handled by us where one is required, a crew that starts when we said it would, and a site swept at the end of each day.

We price honestly. Our estimates fold overhead and profit into the material and labor lines the way a real bid should, and we do not pad allowances to look cheap and then claw it back in change orders.

Registered, insured, accountable

Montana does not issue a general contractor license, so the thing to check is registration. Saved X Grace Construction LLC holds Construction Contractor Registration #287126 with the Montana Department of Labor & Industry, valid through June 24, 2028 — verify it yourself at mtcontractor.mt.gov or call the Registration Section at 406-444-7734. We carry $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate commercial general liability through Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company. Tyler also holds a Montana Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate, #392059IC, for construction carpentry. Ask for the certificates and you will have them the same day — and you should ask every contractor you talk to.

Anyone we bring onto your job carries their own Montana registration or exemption certificate. We will tell you who is on site and what they are there to do.

Our workmanship warranty

We warrant our labor for one full year from the day the job is finished. If something we built or installed fails because of how we built or installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge. That is in writing on every estimate, not buried in fine print.

Materials carry their own manufacturer warranty, which is usually much longer — the decking, siding, coating or flooring you pick sets that term, and we hand you the paperwork and register the product where registration is required. If a material fails inside its manufacturer term, we handle the claim with the supplier for you rather than sending you to a phone number.
