Most projects are two or three of these at once
Almost nobody hires us for exactly one line item. A basement finish is framing, drywall, electrical, finish carpentry and a floor. A bathroom is framing, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and paint. That is the point of doing all of it in-house: you get one estimate, one schedule and one phone number instead of chasing five subcontractors who each blame the last one.
